Mr. Ramesh Mehta is a civil engineer and during his career span of 45 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Ramesh Mehta has worked closely on a number of real estate transactions with a lot of industry veterans like Mr. Hafeez Contractor, Shashi Prabhu, Parimal Shroff, Pathare Prabhu Charities etc.

Mr. Kirit Mehta
Mr. Kirit Mehta is the Chief Operating Officer of the Paradigm Group. He is handling the Group’s Construction Management business since the last 30 years. He is also handling civic work and contract work at Jaslok Hospital since the last 25 years. Mr. Kirit Mehta is a Commerce Graduate from the Mumbai University.

Mr. Anuj Mehta
Mr. Anuj Mehta is a Director of the Paradigm Group and handles the Group’s Finance. He has over 15 years of real estate experience working with Domestic and International Real Estate Funds. He has worked in India with big institutions like IL&FS and Old Lane India both having a corpus of more than 5000 crore. Before working in India, Mr. Anuj Mehta worked for a year in United States with one of the biggest Florida based real estate company and a Boutique Investment Bank on Wall Street. Mr. Anuj Mehta holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, USA, and has an Masters in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from University of Florida, USA.

Mr. Timir Mehta
Mr. Timir Mehta is a Director of the Paradigm Group and handles the Group’s Projects in Pune. He has over 13 years of real estate experience working on projects in Mumbai and Pune. Before working in India, Mr. Timir Mehta worked for a year in Australia with a Multinational Telecom company in their human resources department. Mr. Timir Mehta holds a Bachelors degree in Business Swinburne University, Australia.

Mr. Dhruval Mehta
Mr. Dhruval Mehta has been a keen observant and learner of real estate since his college days. He has done his MSc in Real Estate from University of Westminster (London) and has been actively involved in the business since 2012. He has excellent people's skills and handles the Redevelopment and Self- Redevelopment projects in mumbai. He is well renowned in the Real Estate field and is an upcoming young and enterprising Real Estate Developer. He is also part of committee of BDA (A developers Association) and also has vast knowledge about the municipal rules and regulations.
He is the driving force behind the companies fast paced presence in the mumbai real estate market.
